I can't wait for my orders to arrive! How do I track them?

We partnered with Lalamove to assure our valued customers that  the quickest delivery possible will be available to you. If your delivery address is within Metro Manila, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number once your orders are on the way.

For provincial orders, we will ship orders via LBC. We will absolutely send you an email with the tracking number once it’s shipped. 

Where do you deliver to, and how much is the shipping fee?

WITHIN Metro Manila
Great news! Orders above Php1799 will be free of charge and our team will schedule the delivery within the next few hours or same-day (except Sundays and holidays).

  • 24H Flash Delivery via GrabExpress/LalamoveVIP Service? You got yourself just that. This will be an available option for anyone, it will be priced at Php150. You will expect orders in a few hours once your orders are completely PAID. Strictly offered to PAID orders only.
  • Same or Next-Day Delivery via Lalamove. This will be an additional option too, it will be priced at Php150. You will expect orders within the day or on-the-next day. Orders above Php1999 will be free of charge and our team will schedule the shipping the soonest.
  • Cheaper Delivery Fee? Of Course that’s also possible! This will be available for orders below Php1799 and opt to receive orders within 2-5 days. We offer a fixed rate of Php119, perfect for those who are not rushing to get their orders.

OUTSIDE Metro Manila
We deliver nationwide* in the Philippines. Shipping fee is a flat rate of Php 150.00 per cart for orders outside Metro Manila. Kindly expect your orders for 3-7 days. Orders worth Php 1,799.00 and up qualify for free shipping.

When can I expect delivery?

Flash Delivery (via Lalamove/In-house Delivery Team)
● Metro Manila residential address: within a few hours after your order is confirmed as PAID.

Standard Delivery
● Metro Manila residential address: Within the day or up to 2 days
● Metro Manila office address: 3-4 business days

J&T Delivery
● Metro Manila residential address: 1-3 days
● Metro Manila office address: 2-4 business days

Nationwide Delivery
● 3-7 business days

What time will my order arrive?

Apologies as we are unable to provide an exact delivery time. This is due to many factors that could affect the time of delivery, such as traffic flow, weather conditions, and the volume of deliveries scheduled on that day.

Why is the delivery of my order delayed?

Sometimes, there's a slight delay due to a high volume of orders — we usually post a notice in case you might need to wait a bit longer for your package. Feel free to email us at hello@bestbuyworld.ph if you'd like to follow up on your order status.

Oh no! I missed the delivery of my order.

Metro Manila
For COD options, we can only deliver your parcel once. We will be contacting you before we arrange the delivery of your parcel.  Please reply to our message for any delivery changes that you would like to request so our team can sort this out for you.

To better ensure the quality of the products you've ordered, kindly keep in mind that we can only redeliver your paid packages for a maximum of 2 attempts.

Should your order remain undelivered after the second attempt, we're so sorry, but your order will be canceled. All paid orders will be refunded accordingly. Kindly reach out to hello@bestbuyworld.ph so our team can assist you.

If a delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to issues with our riders' schedule and routes and NOT because you were unavailable to receive your order, please be assured that your order will not be canceled. Instead, it will automatically be in line for reshipment on the next possible day. For office addresses, we'll deliver this on the next business day.

Don't worry! Our courier will attempt to deliver your package again. Please note that they can only attempt to deliver your package a maximum of 2 times. Once they've reached the maximum number of delivery attempts, they will be returning your package to our office and this will be canceled. All paid orders will be refunded accordingly. Do I have to personally receive my order?

Not necessarily. You may designate an authorized representative to receive your orders on your behalf.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Yes, we do have Saturday and Sunday deliveries for residential addresses. For office addresses, we only deliver during office hours: Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to addresses within the Philippines.

If you have friends or family who live in the Philippines, you can definitely ask them to place an order for you so they can personally ship it to your international address. Or, if you have a Best Buy World Philippines account, you can place the order yourself and have it delivered to your friend or family member's address
